If you experence difficulties downloading the documents associated with the
various events in the diary, it is possible that your browser is blocking the
download.
To overcome this you may need to add this site to your list of trusted sites as
follows:

Select the Tools menu in Microsoft Internet Explorer

Select Internet Options on this menu

Select the Security tab

Select the Trusted Sites icon

Select the 'Sites' button

Untick if necessary, the 'Require server verificatiation(https:)for all sites
in this zone' tick box.
